The same thing I saw in Animal Kingdom I see in Dance City, an improving horse lightly raced. Dance City has raced at three different tracks and his Beyer has gone up in each race, 71, 79, 85 to 95. He was also bothered in the stretch of the Arkansas Derby but would not have won anyway. Good workout on the 15th at CD and this horse is poised for a 103 to 105 Beyer which wins this race!

I think Dance City may win it………..we’ll see

I never would have put Dial In in my top five if I had known he had only one workout in the preceeding 4 weeks leading up to the derby, I never got a look at the actual form, I can’t imagine a worse signal than that. I assume he has at least one workout since the derby? If he doesn’t just toss him. His argument against Animal Kingdom is illogical. The horse has already proven he handles the dirt, he’s not going to un-handle it all of a sudden. KD winners have historical success in the preakness.
