Maybe this is were Craig got his “tutsi fruitsi” cover up when he swears!!! hahahah. I’ve seen all the Marx Bros movies, but its been quite a long time since I’ve seen these movies and I forgot all about the tutsi fruisi!!!! Awesome!

@thomaschavers yeh, it was also one of the reasons harpo never speaks, apparently they got a review for a show which said that everything was brilliant within the performance until harpo spoke, it was something along the lines of that anyway.

apparently, to get the timing of the dialogue they used to perform in front of a live audience, to see how long the laughs were, so that the jokes weren’t rushed into.

Not too many modern comedies have the creativity that was in the Marx Brothers comedies and the screwball comedies that were made in the 1930s and 40s.
