    Support Ron Paul.
    Less government spending, less taxation to American Citizens, a budget plan that works.

    This man has been fighting for your personal freedom and the separation of congress from big business for years. He stands against draconian bills like SOPA, NDAA and the Patriot Act.

    He has fought against the war on drugs, the foreign wars, and corporate bail outs.

    Vote for liberty this year. Vote for real change.

    Thumb up and spread the message!

    Well, how do I put this…is it wrong that someone who works in the financial industry (particularly high frequency trading–evil, I know) supports this whole schtick and shpiel? I mean at least in the past, at least in my lifetime (I’m 25 here), when there were Wall Street crises because the i-banks were drinking each other’s koolaid, they didn’t spread out into regular America and crater the economy. This time, the big banks went way overboard. So yeah. Support.

    @neptunestarbaby Ever heard of a guy named Albert Wesker? He’s only one of the best characters in both iterations of Marvel vs Capcom 3 (vanilla and ultimate). And he’s a very smart guy, clearly.

    Legitimately criticizing the tactics of a movement is not defeatist if those tactics are ineffective. You have no idea what I get into poltically and just because a person hasn’t cast their lots in with some catch-all faux-socialism like OWS doesn’t mean that one isn’t deeply dissatisfied with things. Personally I hope OWS overthrows the whole system to be honest…then in the ensuing chaos maybe some true freedom loving group will seize power and dismantle everything

  14. armanflint Says:

    @duckdown1993 Maybe you’re the one not taking enough risks.
    Sitting behind your computer screen stuffing down Big Macs & posting commentary in a Lance Baxter video post section… Your points are not clear and seem defeatist in nature. You need a clear course of action. Your posts in the Youtube comment section is peanuts and meaningless in an Internet community and will accomplish nothing.

  15. duckdown1993 Says:

    @armanflint
    The size of a movement says nothing about what its real capabilites or its actual desire to challenge authoritiy is. Remember that history is made by minorities, NOT majorities. The Colonials were a minority in our Revolution. The Bolsheviks were a minority in Russia. The Fascists were minorities in Spain, Italy, and Germany. What you want is not so much for a movement to have a lot of people, but for it to have people that are willing to risk a lot for their goals

  16. armanflint Says:

    @duckdown1993 The Occupy movement is a global protest that involves MILLIONS of occupiers in solidarity. It’s a lot larger than you think it is.

  17. duckdown1993 Says:

    @armanflint
    Global enslavement I will agree with, but thats something few people understand and it applies to everyone not just the protestors. I’m asking what would you be risking by holding up a sign in Central Park that you wouldn’t be risking stuffing a Big Mac down your throat at McDonalds? Not a whole lot. There’s really no threat of imprisonment or death. And thats exactly my point. This is an emasculated movement that doesn’t have the balls to really challenge anything

  18. armanflint Says:

    @duckdown1993 Ultimate risks; Death, global enslavement, perpetual poverty, loss of constitutional rights, imprisonment without a trial, physical injury, blacklisting, loss of property…. You’re right THESE protesters have nothing in common with Rosa Parks. This movement can’t possibly accomplish anything right?

  19. duckdown1993 Says:

    @armanflint
    Whats the ultimate risk these protesters are facing? Maybe, MAYBE a night in jail (an American jail mind you) and a small fine. Rosa Parks lived in an environment where blacks were routinely murdered in full public view for stepping out of line. There’s absolutely no comparisson here…

  20. armanflint Says:

    @duckdown1993 … oh okay then… Yeah, the Occupiers are lazy hippies faggot Communists that are looking for handouts. (Is this what you meant to say?) Well there’s no risk at excising your constitutional rights with Occupy. Nobody getting pepper sprayed, bludgeoned with a baton, shot in the face with bean bags/rubber bullets like Rosa Parks. Yeah, so immense. Did you watch a docudrama about Rosa on the Discovery channel? You’re so enlightened.

  21. duckdown1993 Says:

    @armanflint
    Rosa Parks is completely antithetical to the occupy wall street movement. That woman – at IMMENSE personal risk – directly challenged the established order. She was a “woman of action” and not a “woman of words.” Sitting in a park holding signs challenges nothing.
