   Simmons’ mentions hitting a shot against Paul Pierce in his book. He says that Pierce said he wasn’t taking it seriously, but that he definitely crossed Pierce up. I’m pretty sure this is what he was referring to, and im also sure Pierce was NOT trying. Gotta love the Sports Guy.

    he decribed this in his book pierce actually was actually defending and cause simmons had watch kevin mcale so much he had has post moves down past….he beat pierce on that play but after he made it pierce claimed he wasnt really trying

    well, usually the guys that can play can’t write for shit, or talk for shit (see tim hardaway, magic, bruce bowen, etc). kind of an inverse relationship there. although cwebb is pretty good at his gig, as is kenny the jet.
