I guess what makes gambling so puzzling to me is that I just see it as losing money. I’d rather take that money and spend it on something frivolous than just plain lose it. But it seems that for the gamblers, they -are- spending the money on something. They’re buying a thrill. And that’s just not my kind of thrill.
